Where are my tickets?
Sign in with the same account used at checkout, then open My Tickets. Tickets are issued only after payment has been verified.
What do I show at the door?
Open the individual QR pass for each guest. Each pass is valid for one admission. Keep ticket links private.
What does a virtual ticket include?
A virtual ticket is online viewing access, not a seat in the room. Where a show offers streaming, your confirmed purchase includes access instructions and a viewing code.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the policy published for your performance. Send a support request with your order ID. A request does not itself cancel or refund a ticket.
How are fees displayed?
The show checkout displays ticket value, agency fees, and the total before you continue to payment.
How do producers list a show?
Sign in, open My Account, and apply for producer access. Approved producers can submit shows for the agency to review.
